The corrective action plan, if any, must be implemented within 30 days of the internal review being completed. (a) The commissioner of human services shall issue a mental health certification for services licensed under this chapter when a license holder is determined to have met the requirements under section 245A.03, subdivision 6a, paragraph (b). (d) The support plan addendum must include a summary of the discussion required in paragraph (c). (b) The license holder must maintain a written summary of the expanded support team's discussion and decisions required in paragraph (a) in the person's service recipient record.
